Terms of Service

The agreement between you and the studio when you use the site, the game and the services hangar. Read it once; it's shorter than most EULAs because we cut the padding.

Effective 1 August 2026 Sneaky Shark Studios, Surfers Paradise QLD

1. Using the service

These terms cover apachegunshipzone.com, the Apache Gunship mobile game, the Mission Forge editor, and the services sold through the hangar. By using any of them you accept these terms.

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. Users between 13 and 18 need a parent's consent where local law requires it.

2. Accounts

Your callsign and account are yours to use, not to sell. Account trading, selling or sharing for competitive advantage is prohibited and gets the account suspended.

You're responsible for activity on your account. Enable a strong password and tell us fast at [email protected] if you think it's compromised; the Priority Support Plan exists specifically for account recovery.

3. Payments and services

Prices on the price board are in AUD unless marked otherwise and include GST where applicable. Digital content delivers to the account nominated at checkout.

Commissioned work such as custom liveries is made to order; the refund rules for it are in the refunds policy. Subscriptions renew only where you opted in; the Priority Support Plan never auto-renews.

4. Conduct rules

The list is short because it shouldn't need to be long:

  • No cheating, exploits, modified clients or emulator injection.
  • No harassment, hate content or threats in names, chatter or Forge ops.
  • No selling accounts, replays or in-game goods outside the game.
  • No Forge ops designed to phish, scam or break other players' devices.

Violations lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans at our discretion, proportionate to the offence.

5. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We warrant it will substantially work as described, and where Australian Consumer Law gives you non-excludable rights, those rights apply in full.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost progress where the cause was outside our control (device failure, unlinked guest accounts). Where we are at fault, our liability caps at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice on this page. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Queensland law. Disputes go to the courts of Queensland, Australia, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory local forum instead.
