What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and how to make it stop. Written plainly because you shouldn't need a lawyer to read a privacy policy.
We collect the information you hand us directly and the telemetry the game produces on its own.
From you: name and email when you contact the command post or buy a service, callsign and account ID when you register, payment confirmation details from checkout (card numbers never touch our servers), and any content you send such as replay codes, squadron names or custom briefs.
Automatically: device model and OS version, approximate region, session telemetry such as sortie results and crash logs, and standard cookie data described in the cookie policy.
Everything we collect maps to a specific job:
We do not collect data for advertising profiles, we do not sell your information, and we do not run third-party ad networks in the game or on this site.
A short list, and only what each party needs:
No other party gets your data. There is no analytics broker, no data marketplace, no exception for partners.
Account data stays while your account exists. Support tickets are kept for 24 months. Purchase records are kept for the period Australian tax law requires, currently seven years. Telemetry is aggregated and anonymised after 12 months.
When your account is deleted, the personal data goes with it within 30 days. Anonymised aggregates such as total sorties flown remain because they no longer identify anyone.
Under the Australian Privacy Act and, where applicable, GDPR-equivalent rights, you can:
Send any of the above to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days, usually faster.
